yes and no. I wouldn't apologize for something I didn't do. I would say that I don't believe I did anything wrong, but if I hurt their feelings then I'm very sorry for that.

I've always been the one to say sorry and make mends in a relationship..if the relationship is worth it i wud say it definetely!! and if the person acknowledges your importance not to just have you under their feet whenever they lyk it.
