I grew up in a very impoverished area of the country....lived in a "holler"...in a home with no running water and often went hungry. I was determined that my children would not be a part of that setting. Both children are in careers where they are on track to make 1 million+ per year. I have diaries for both children, documenting all that I did with them throughout their lives. Now, they are telling me that I should write a book, and put together a program that others could benefit from. A program that would give others from an impoverished background hope for a better life.

  1. I don't judge success by how much money you have, so no not really.

  2. If your kids were outstanding people then yes. I would rather have my daughter have just enough money to get by, but help poor people and starving children, and make a difference in the world and be happy than make a ton of money. Money is not happiness at all to me.

  3. I would consider it if 'success' was defined as a very well rounded person.  I wouldn't have any inclination at all if the children didn't have a good moral compass or were divorded and remarried with children from all over... etc.

  4. yes i would it may help
