  1. Neither.

The person who talks too much is more approachable although they are bound to say smth silly to offend others if they're talking too much.

The quiet person is more mysterious and would probably take longer to get to know them.

  2. Both would appear to have their own secrets:

The person who talks to much I would wonder what they are hiding in their words.

The person who talks very little I would wonder what are they not wanting to reveal.

  3. I enjoy a good conversation with an intelligent person{s}. Those who are not talkative are either shy, unsure of themselves or sometimes, in my case, just plain tired. My friends can always tell the latter. I don't say much.

  4. Neither.

"The person that talks too much learns nothing. The person that remains quiet learns everything."--Lao Tzu

  5. A PERSON WHO DOESN'T SAY A LOT!!!!!! I myself have been put into circumstances where I've been with someone who doesn't really say anything. It's been so awkward you just sit there and stare at them. You think about what you should say, but your too scared to say it and break the silence. Now with people who talk too much it's completely different. You may not want to hear about their life story, but at least it's not super awkward.

  6. You have to look out for the quiet ones. They may be quiet because they are learing how to getcha. A person who talks alot reveals alot about themselves to the quiet ones and they can find your weakpoint

  7. Afraid?

No. Why would I be afraid?

What's pleasantest, of course, are those who are in the middle; being neither constantly talking nor never talking, but talking just enough.
