Would you be bothered?

I WAS WITH THIS GUY ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO AND I HAD IT REAL BAD FOR HIM BUT UNFORTUNATELY I MESSED UP AND WE BROKE UP. HE DIDN'T WANT TO GET BACK WITH ME BECAUSE HE DIDNT TRUST ME BUT WE WOULD STILL SEE EACH OTHER OCASSIONALLY UNTIL ABOUT ALMOST A YEAR AGO. I STILL SEE HIM AROUND AND SAY HI BUT WE NEVER CHILL. SO ANYWAYS A VERY CLOSE FRIEND OF MINE HAS BEEN TALKING TO HIM ON MY SPACE AND THEY TALK ON A DAILY BASIS. SHE TOLD ME HE TRIED GETTING AT HER AND SHE TOLD HIM NO. I COMFRONTED HIM AND TOLD HIM IT WASNT COOL THAT AFTER HE WAS WITH ME HE TRIED GETTING AT MY FRIEND AND HE DENIED IT. POINT IS THEY STILL TALK ON MY SPACE AND FOR US THE NUMBER ONE RULE IS NEVER TO DATE, TALK TO OR DO ANYTHING WITH ANYONE WE'VE BEEN WITH. ALTHOUGH I DONT THINK ANYTHING IS GOING ON IM STILL BOTHERED WITH THE FACT THAT SHE REPLIES TO HIS MESSAGES AND TALKS TO HIM ON A DAILY BASIS. I WOULD NEVER KEEP IN TOUCH WITH A GUY WHO SHES BEEN WITH SO AM I WORNG FOR BEING BOTHERED OR AM I EXAGGERATING?

I would definitely be bothered Tell your friend it bothers you and then if she still does it I would consider the fact that she isn't a very good friend and doesn't care how you feel and probably would do it again and has probably done it before

If you aren't together he has the right to talk to anyone but it sounds like you're still in love with him. I guess i would be upset but it depends on if i still like that person.

I think your right with being bothered by that.  If she were a true friend she wouldn't do that to you.  Have you asked her to stop responding to his messages??  If not I would ask her to and if it still continued then I would stop talking to her as well.  I wouldn't  be able to trust her again.  Its an unsaid rule not to talk or see your friends exes or someone they have dated.

I think you are threatened by your friend that she's talking to your ex(your jealous).........but I would be jealous to.......especially since she promised you that she/you would go out with each others ex when their not talking anymore

The guy is a ******* so just forget him.... as for your friend, just tell her it really bothers you and remind her of your promise to each other. i would be a little ticked off but if she likes him, who are you to stop them from dating.........

i know what you mean i would be kinda jealous too but if you dont think anything is going on then just put it behind you...i know its kinda hard but its the only way!!!

If both of you agreed to not talk to exes or anything then you have a right to be bothered by it.
