  1. That would depend on who you were talking to.

Some think it is a gift from the devil and not from God.

  2. The bible has no good things to say of mediums or fortunetellers.

  3. No why?

  4. Well, I would not call you cursed.  But I would say that anyone who has that "gift" working in them should be concerned.  Those who are psychic and are mediums have what's called a "familiar" spirit which works in them.  It is a spirit of a demonic nature.  The purpose of this spirit is to imitate the true prophetic gift of God, for the purpose of deceiving people and luring them away from God.  These spirits can not predict the future, but they work through a grapevine of information gathered and collected by other evil spirits.  They work together to share the information. That's why psychics can know things about you with out meeting you.  Sometimes these spirits can orchestrate future events if you get seduce by them.  Like someone saying you will meet   someone down the road on a certain day.  In the book of Acts, the apostle Paul was followed around by a young lady who had a psychic gift.  She was speaking through this gift telling hidden things about while Paul and the disciples were there. Paul eventually rebuked her and cast out the evil spirit and she lost the gift.  Also read Isiah 8:18-20, the Lord clearly says people should seek Him for an answer and not mediums.

  5. Yes because to become a medium, you have to practice spiritual gifts that should never be used unless for the edifying of Gods people, and be led only by the Holy Spirit.

I know what you are saying, please rethink your gift and use it for good, and not for gain.

  6. By some possibly. See 1 Samuel 16:7, and the witch of Endor 1 Samuel 28.

  7. I would prefer a large.
