What I mean is; would you be sued if you did some things like these:

You got a microphone from thhe ceiling and went 'MISTERRRR!!!! ................' and did some other things how mister kennedy goes on

OR

You did a randy orton pose

OR

Said you can't see me while doing the hand gesture

  2. If you are a professional wrestler and not in WWE, doing such kind of thing (which has been trademarked and copyrighted) by WWE could get you sued. But if you are just a fan, WWE wants you to do such kind of thing as it helps them grow their network and publicize their product. They will like it as it brings more publicity and that too for free. Even I do Triple H all the time, including the water squirting thing. Not as good as him but im getting better.

  8. i don't think its legally prohibited to impersonate someone as long you don't do it to have financial gain or to serve as a source of living in the expense of the real people you portray.. as long as there is no money involved, i think impersonation is allowed.. after all, its the biggest form of flattery..

  11. Its alright to impersonate your favourate wrestler because its just indicating that you are a fan. What I think you mean is if somebody impersonates a wrestler on a another show by using what is trademark of the WWE can be stupid for example if WWE use the WWF logo which is sought of like impersonating World Wide Fun then yes they can sue you. If Stone Cold use his name on a dvd that has no part with the WWE then they can be in danger of being sued because WWE owns the name "Stone Colds" and it is a trademark and reserved to WWE unless they give permission.

    Sorry if its kinda confusing.
