Would you be upset if Canada didn't make it into the World Hockey Championships?

Not that it would ever even come close to happening to us with the same structure, or any other for that matter.

That's like saying France or Italy won't make the World Cup. So, yes, I would be plenty upset.

As part of Hockey Canada's agreement to re-join the IIHF in 1977, they were granted a 50 year exemption to the A Pool...........19 more years to go.

Although in the first 31 years, Canada has never finished in the bottom half of the tournament.
