  1. Gain 1 freedom, lose 10. What's next? Judges in the Hague trying Americans with transatlantic "jurisdiction"?

  2. No. I view any attempts to curtail the rights of citizens as illegitimate and feel no obligation to comply.

  3. Thats a pretty wide open question...I think anyone can think of a situation where losing a small amount of freedom would be the lesser of two evils compared to something else.

  4. No.

  5. You don't have a choice. Example: Every time some lunatic shoots up a store, school, bus stop, or what have you, law abiding people have a harder time exercising their 2nd amendment rights due to new knee-jerk laws.

Every time a few people turn up allergic to a product or process, it gets pulled off shelves.

One kid gets hurt by not wearing a seatbelt, a new law gets passed forcing us all to wear them or else get ticketed.

Our freedoms are already tied in (way too much, in my opinion) with the actions of others.
