Would you be willing to spend more money on products if they weren't made in China/Asia? Knowing that they would be made of quality materials, and by people making a living wage?

  1. Yes, unless I was flat broke

  2. If a product has the quality and gives the result that I want, for the price I consider fair, I counldn't give a hoot who or where it was made.  As far as the Chinees / Matell recall goes, someone there at Matell dropped the ball and didn't do their own checks. The Matell board will be looking for a sacroficial lamb.

What is a living wage to you ? Could you afford all you have and do now if you paid double what you do for everything now? Would you be kicking and screaming if half of your toys were taken away. I guess you would. I sure would.  I would rather "their"  standard of living be kept lower than mine.  I know there are some who's standards are a lot higher than mine. "Good for them".

  3. Most of the things in this country are made in CHINA. Just look at the tags. so, weather or not you WANT to buy something from china, it's bound to happen.
