Im building an entire green ranch!  Heck yeah...with the technology available now-a-days, it will put huge bucks in my pocket now and in the 30 years future if I build a green ranch today!  I did the savings calculation on a single family home that used $740/mo average in electric costs.  After rebates and tax incentives, they would save over $250,000 in utility costs in 30 years!!!!

Yean, Im building a green home....you should too if you're money wise!

Could not afford any of them.  Why can't a green builder design and build a small home (,1500 s.ft.) that's extremely energy efficient?
