hi people, I would like to know if there were 2 kebab shops, one shop an Arab made the kebabs and the other made was made by an Asian, which one would buy from? I am asking as I would like to run my own kebab shop but I am Asian. I think people would feel the kebab would not be as authentic unless it was made by an Arab. As they say Image is everything.

How bout a noodle shop with Africans or Europeans cooking rather than Asians.
