Actually there already is candy jewlery.  You probably still find them in the dollar store.  They were a big thing in my day.  Only problem is it left your neck and wrists sticky because once it got wet, that's it.

No if you are talking about partial candy, that migh work better.  

But they do still have candy necklaces.
