Serendipity 3 restaurant in New York City broke the Guiness Book of World Records for the most expensive dessert on earth.

$25,000.00 (14,000 Pounds) for a Frozen Hot Chocolate, consisting of 28 blends of very expensive cocoa, an edible 18-carat Gold leaf, a Gold plate, a gold crown on top, eaten with a Gold spoon.

The gold is imported from Switzerland and the chocolate is from England, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Holland, Belgium, and tons of other countries.

So far because of the $25,000 price tag, not a single customer has bought this yet. Would you buy it or is this an absurd way to spend cash?

  1. Extravagances like this just prove how stupid the rich can be, ya know, like the old saying "More money than brains". The only thing this can POSSIBLY serve is to say, "Look everyone! Look how filthy rich and totally stupid I am!"

  2. Definitely absurd, you might as well buy a car instead of spending $25,000 on dessert. But maybe someone buy it, just for sayying "hey, im very rich, and i dont know what to do with all the money, and i have bought the most expensive dessert of the world". By the way, can I keep the gold plate?

  3. If I had the money NO! why should I spend that

much on A dessert that I could have my private chief make for 100 bucks at home.

       No I would not.

  4. Anyone who spends ridiculous amounts of money on c**p needs to be forced to live like someone on less thank 30,000 grand a year.

Or even better, people who cant even afford canned food !!!

People like that seriously make me sick, if i had the money to buy a ******* $25, 000 hot chocolate i would be helping people who dont even have clean water to drink let alone a ******* hot chocolate.

If i was at that restaurant and saw someone order that i would grab them by their t*t or balls and twist them soo badd !!!

  5. if i had a lot of money i would. becase i would be wondering whats so good about it. and to see if its really worth what it costs

  6. Nope...

A true waste of money when it could be used for much better things and causes.
