That's a tough one, especially if it's someone you know and care about. But yes, I feel it would be my civic duty to report such a person.

i know some people that are immigrants and they are all friendly. ive learned that almost all immigrants just come to the U.S to try and make money to send back home to their families. I actually feel bad for them and wish i could help them in some way. they dont come here to do bad things  (well most of them) but they come here 2 help their families that they love. i would never report them.

If someone wants to live in the United States then they should come legally and pay taxes just like everyone else.

No, they probably are already having a tough enough time. Someones country would have to be pretty bad for someone to take the risk to come here to a country where they are not familar. I always put myself in someone elses shoes before I react.
