  2. Wow.  I'm just a dumb race fan, but I'll try to answer your question.

    All three conditions apply to NASCAR.

    Certainty:  There will be NASCAR races as long as there are race fans.

    Risk:  NASCAR drivers run the risk of injury and death each time they race.

    Uncertainty:  The price of oil may rise so high that fans cannot afford to attend races and Sunoco cannot continue to supply fuel to the teams.

    I'll bet you're a lot of fun at a party, aren't you?  :  )

  3. Naturally all of these conditions are present at different times depending on what aspect of NASCAR you are discussing.

    One thing is certain as far as I am concerned - I am certain I will always watch, cheer,and love this sport.
