Would you choose to continue with your vacation this year or stay home because of the economy right now??

I would stay at home and just do day trips.  There are many other forms of transportation and many places in New England that I haven't visited yet.  I would consider a few nights stay at a reasonable hotel/motel (must be clean).  But mostly use home as a base.

My vacation period is time to fly to the US and visit family. It will be a lot more expensive this year, but I wouldn't give up the vacation. Besides, people in the US are shocked at gas prices of $4/gallon. I paid the equivalent of $9.40 here yesterday when I filled up on the way to work.

Continue my vacation. I just got back from a vacation and I have 2 more planned for this summer. Staying home is not an option for me. I refuse to let the economy stop me from enjoying my life.
