I work at an airport and i have to park in a staff car park. Managers and supervisors are aloud to park outside of the premises. Do you think i could do anything about it?

  1. Nope.  You would get laughed out of court and probably your bosses office if you take this to them.

  2. Not discrimination. And, as a matter of fact, managers and supervisors frequently get "perks" with their positions.

  3. No.  It's a perk and you have no case.

  4. As an attorney i would like to give some advice. UM GET PROMOTED. This is clearly not discrimination. It's just because they are a higher ranked worker than you. and they get special privileges.

  5. No, it isn't discrimination. Managers also get paid more than you. That is not discriminating.

You could speak to a boss about any ways to get that changed or for you specifically to work around it, but no one is discriminating against you.

  6. Of course this is discrimination. Discrimination being separating some from others, which is not always something negative. Everybody practices discrimination, for example, when you pick the good tomatoes and leave the rotten ones at the grocery store.

Every company offers incentives to their employees who climb up the ladder, it's part of being an employee. Of course, you can submit a formal about it, but generally the people on the top will not give up what makes them "distinct". And they usually don't like people tampering with what they believe they have acquired.

You may check which are the airport's processes for these kind of issues. And you may check if this is illegal, though I highly doubt it.
