Would you come to a tasting of probably the best home-made Chinese potstickers in Westchester County, NY ?

Made with naturally and locally raised pork(no hormones, no antibiotics), mostly organic vegetables...

I don't know if they are the best in NY city also, but they are no doubt the best in Westchester and Connecticut.

No, thanks.  It is not worth to travel that far for a few potstickers no matter how good they might be.  In addition, how do I know those potstickers would meet health standard set by our government.  When I have the urge for potstickers, I would go to Costco to buy the frozen ones. After pan-frying, they  come out even better than those served in Chinese restaurants with crispy bottom and soft top with juice inside.

Oh definitely.....and would buy those potstickers from the one I liked on a regular basis.

I do not live even close to new york, but that sounds like a great event...especially if they are steamed and NOT just fried.

I would think there would be a huge turnout for something like that.
