All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.  Yes, I consider myself to be a sinner who has been redeemed.  Good people and bad people are always measured by human standards which are never absolute.  Sin is measured by God's perfect standard and I'm confident that I've sinned according to His Law.

    Person who ***** up and has done some bad things...yes.

  4. "Sin" is an invention of the early Church used to coerce the population into submission via guilt and fear.  Unfortunately, much of modern society still cannot realize this ancient fact.

  9. no. there is no condemnation in Christ.  Through Christ I am forgiven. I am no longer a sinner for through Christ I have become the righteousness of Christ. Sin is no more as far as I am concerned.  My relationship with Jesus is personal and sin never enters the picture.  I am dedicated to having this relationship and it means more to me than anything I could possibly have within the world.  It is a relationship of the Spirit and it is untouched by the "sin" of the world.  I am not reminded of sin nor am I accused of sin.  I live unto the glory of the Lord and always with regards to how Christ lived.  No, I am not perfect, but Jesus never shuves my shortcomings in my face rather there is a woeing in my spirit to become more and more like Him.  This way of life frees me not only from the condemnation of others but also frees me to see others as Christ sees them and I have found that is the best way to love the unloveable.
