  13. Addison- typically male but I am seeing it more and more for girls

Alex- its short for Alexander(m) AND Alexandra(g)

    Alexis-American girl, european boy

Andy/Andie- short for both genders longer versions

Austin- city is named after a male but I know several girls in Florida named Austin

Avery- G, no parent I know would name their boy such a birdlike name

Bailey/Baylee- is actually a lastname but being used for both genders

Billie/Billy-shortened version of longer and odder names, I never understood why Billy was short for William

Blair- I've seen it used both, but only snotty parents name their child Blair in either gender

Blake- will always be a boys name to me, reminds me of Henry Blake from M*A*S*H

Bobby/Bobbie-  Again, I never understood why Bobby was short for Robert

Cadence-Don't like it and try not to think about it, a cadence is a military march not a name...it's like naming a child Fastwalk or Stride

Cameron/Camryn-I've seen both, rich boys and S****y girls

Casey- airheaded child of either gender

Dakota- mostly boys whose mothers were in love with the Native American History of the Sioux, but I have witnessed a few tomboys wear the name well

Danny/Dani- I try not to think about this name.  It is a shortened version of a longer name I can't stand

Dylan- like Dakota, mostly male whose parents were in love with Bob Dylan and Matt Dylan in their younger years, I heard of girls named it but never witnessed it myself...I think it is a myth

Evan- alays will be a boys name

Forest- always will be a boys name

Frankie- shortened version of a longer more girly name Francis or Frances so it cold swing either way with me

Haley- Always be a girls name to me

Harper- more of a jobtitle than a first name, I like it as a secret society name and not a firstname as a first name it will always remind me of fat balding men from the 1930's

Jaime/Jamie- a nickname of James, I grew up with boys and girls with this name so it doesn't affect me

Jude-if it wasn't for the Beatles and Hey Jude, this name would still be limited to foundation bible scholars and their families.  I see it as a girls name, but so many men with careers have it.  In German it means Jew, and I don't really associate it with a name in this day and age.

    Julian- always a boys name

Keegan/Keagan- originally a last name, but I will always see it as a boys name

Laken-   ?  never heard of it, sounds like a mothers struggle to try and find an original boys name

    Myles- always a boys name

    Parker- always a boys name

Payton/Peyton-I've heard people with this name of both genders but I don't like it, it sounds too pretencious for me to accept

Piper- always a girls name to me

Porter- always a boys name to me

Quinn/Quin- a shortened version of a longer Roman name, I can see it for both but I envision it as a boys name

Reagan-I've witnessed both genders with this name and I am not fond of it.  It makes me think the child will not be able to grow up and add properly

    Riley- always a boys name

    Robin/Robyn-either gender

Sawyer- always a boys name to me, but I have heard rumors of tomboys trying to wear it well....I doubt it though

    Shiloh- always a girls name

Skylar- an either or name.  I don't like it and try not to think about it, its like the parent was uncertain whether to go with tyler and tried to make it scandinavian

    Taylor-Always a boy

    Wesley-always aboy

Whitney- I see it as a girls name, but I do remember a few country kids with my grandma named this, right next to their brother named Alistaire
