I am not Strictly Dieting , but merely trying to reduce the amount of food and unhealthy drinks i eat.Today i had a portion of Stewed apple ( apple sauce ) for my breakfast200 CaloriesAround 12 i had a glass of iced tea with honey50 caloriesFor lunch i had 5 chicken dippers 210 Calories + sauce = 240 CaloriesAnd for Dinner i will probably have Sausages with my family with a few small potatoes and 2 portions of veg.This will probably total around 500 Calories.Today i will be drinking Water , Iced tea and Diet Lemonade so i will give an extra 100 calories for drinks.This makes a total of around 1100 caloriesWould you consider that an ok amount of calories for a diet?
