  1. I priced a system for my house if I recall it was about 30K and the state picked up half that and then there were some energy credits or something involved. Then the guy GoogleMapped my house and told me it wouldn't work because of my neighbor's to the South having two large trees in their front yard. I heard recently that someone in California had won a case to get there neighbors to cut their trees, so they could use solar.


  2. sure if it wouldn't cost more than the $600 a year I now spend for electricity. and if it could stand the hail storms & tornados that come through my area.

  3. I HAD solar energy,  unfortionately I had to move :(

    it was a wonderful thing to think your power caused NO pollution.  with that and wind I would have all the power I needed.   but alas, thats what having more people in the house does.  outgrew the place

  4. Sure i would, but so far I dont see the monetary payback. You would need to live in the home for many many years.
