Would you critique my music?

Above are some recordings of me and my friend's jam sessions. Almost every song is ad lib, so please listen to the entire track before passing judgement. I'd like to know:

1) Do we sound like we're ripping off another musician?

2) How do you think we could improve?

It sounds like circus music remixed.  Do you guys not sing at all???  You should change it up a bit, it's all kinda boring.

it was pretty hard to sit through in order to pass judgement.

it's boring.

in most, you just sound like you're messing around in the garage.

you could improve by getting a singer.

living inside their walls was okay. it was kinda sonic-the-hedghog-y which is a compliment. i actually could listen to that one.

I also think you need more instruments. you can't go wrong with brass.
