  1. I would not (usa)

  2. Yes! America's worth it!

  3. Well I could have when I enlisted and then re-enlisted back in 1959. But then many of us back then didn't really think about it.

Some had "Other Priorities, some hid in the National Guard.

  4. Yes. In a heartbeat, or lack thereof lol.

However, in my list of priorities my God comes first, my family second and my country third.

  5. no way, your crazy and brainwashed

  6. Yessir, a few quotes i think are applicable to the situation -

"Cowards die many times before their deaths; the valiant never taste death but once." -- William Shakespeare.

"No b*****d ever won a war by dying for his country. He won it by making the other poor dumb b*****d die for his country." -- General George Patton Jr.

"The infantry is there so that when some die the generals know where to direct the artillery fire" (anonymous Japanese soldier, Iwo Jima)  -  Go Infantry!

  7. I love how all these cowardly scum sit at their computer, enjoying the milk and honey that so many have provided to them, and so emphatically denounce America and the sacrifice made by others.  So enjoy your freedom, when the wolf is at your door, the sheepdog will protect you.  baahh, m***** *****r's.

  8. It's quite an open question.... you will always get flack with such a question.. It's not like it was during the 2 big wars.. most of the fighting is in other lands.... However, if the threat was nearby, wouldn't we all put our lives on the line to protect our children.....

  9. No, I am here cause I am a child of God not someone that has to go along with a church or a government or a geographical location. I value the gift of life & would not die for my country. Most people who do die for their country would be better off living & serving their purpose out loving & supporting their family & friends. It is never a positive things to give up your life, it only brings grief & hardship to others.

  10. Yes! Hooah!

  11. No.

    Don't think so.

After getting kick on the butts as Tribe of a Rudeness Tribe?

Being short-changed, conned and deceived in broad daylights?

    Sink and swim together?

    Look in the real world.

Even with a sinking row boat.

After having thrown out the paddlers overboard.

Still try to short-change in making a monkey out of the paddlers.

After rowing the boat all these years on their own with "Lady in Red " on board without the paddlers

Calling out " Hey brother ! we from the same community."

As tribe of a Rudeness tribe.

While the paddlers were drowning and sinking out there.

    Will think about it..

    Luke 6.39-40,41-45,46-49

    What do you think?

  12. To answer your question: Yes but only after doing everything in my power "to make the other poor b*****d die for his country" (General George S. Patton.)

I served five and a half years from 13 to 19 as a Civil Air Patrol Cadet. (17 lives saved personally mostly in civilian car wrecks, One baby delivered at age 16 and almost 2600 hours either on SAR or in SAR or Civil Defense training.

After my first stint in college I served 6 years in the US Coast Guard. During my service as a crew member of the USCG Rush WHEC 723 she and her crew were credited with over 300 lives saved not counting the lives saved when we prevented Dutch Harbor Alaska from burning to the ground in 1976.

I also served in the NMANG for three years and our unit was the first one activated for Desert Storm/Desert Shield.

I have also served for four years as a senior member of Civil Air Patrol Including CO of the Lea County Composite Squadron.

Would I die for my country? Again Yes if I had to but I would rather continue to live for her.

  13. I served 36 years in the military.  Military service can put you in a situation where your life may be forfeited.  This is not to say that military people do not value their lives any less than anyone else.  It's just that they realize that they may lose their life in the performance of their duty.

The same can be said for police and fire fighters.  They could certainly lose their lives in the performance of their duties.  Again, this is not something that we look forward to doing.

So, anyone who serves faithfully in the military, must be willing to perform his or her job, which could result in the loss of their life.  Otherwise, they have no business in that profession.

  14. No, I wouldn't, but I admire you.

  15. No I would not.

  16. Absolutely. Everything I have, ... or will have, ... is due to the many heroes who came before me who did exactly that. If called upon, I would have no problem defending my country, the USA, to the death so that those who come after me would experience the freedom and opportunities I hacve known.

  17. Only if I'm fighting against the NWO.

  18. Die for a noble cause.

  19. I enlisted in a time of war. What do you think?

    But, I am not suicidal.

  20. For the Country, yes. For our crooked government, NO.

  21. I did.  But, God kept me alive to see how evil and corrupt it is becoming.  God told me that I am neither His last or first son that I am The "True" Messiah.  And, that I am the one who will lead the people when the Dark Days are coming.  Judgment Day is coming soon.

  22. i didnt join the service because of how politicians abuse the patriotism of those who do serve, we are a war hungry nation. if im going to die for my country, it'll be on my terms, not some blue blood in DC who doesnt give a c**p

  23. Depends and maybe not. Todat's gov't are not just nor seems to care about the interest of the general people. I would try to fight for my country yes as long as it is for a good cause.

  24. I would. I put the uniform on for two hitches but did not have to pay the ultimate price.

Now my son and three foster sons are wearing the uniform and one has been to Iraq with another going in Oct. of this year.

  25. The idea is to make the other guy die for his country. Doh!

  26. Nope.

Life goes on, there's no reason to die for a selfish pride.

And death doesn't solve or fix anything...

  27. Not willingly.

  28. For the people of this country not the numnuts running it .

  29. If the fighting was in our country defending our country, yes I would.

  30. Yes, but only in my country. Not occupying another.

  31. If you asked me years ago: I did 4 tours and was wounded 6 times (I was not very good I guess). Now the government allows criminal invaders to come into this country and treats them like royalty! So no I would not die for a country that puts criminal invaders, who killl 10,000 people a year in the US, ahead of its own citizens!
