There aren't enough specifics to your plan.  What kind of start up businesses? Who would be in charge of the business?  Who will decide what is the best business? Are you just going to hand someone some money and hope they use it wisely? Will there be advisor's? Who? How will they get paid? Why do you need that amount of money, what will it be spent on, who will spend it, on what? Or are we donating to you?
