Not really but if you have a dieing thirst you might be tricked into doing this because back then people got so crazy they were stranded in the desert dieing of thirst with a car that didn't work they were tricked into drinking the coolant in the car and they instantly died away....

I'd drink my own p**s for $1000 but not some random person's urine.  Urine would be kind of gross but it's more or less harmless as long as you aren't some disease riddled plague monger.

Boil it enough and it's just water.  

I guess the question is...who's urine? It's a bit unsanitary to drink someone else's urine, but it happens to be a desperate practice for hydration when making it across a desert.
