Yes i would, Mahi-Mahi is part of the dolphin family and most all dolphin soups are made from Mahi-Mahi not the pretty dolphin you see

in the movies.

Firstly I'm not fussy about seafood fish, but that aside yes.

Once you have crossed the perfectly natural and evolutionary correct line of eating animals, which one you eat and don't is a matter of conscience.

Lambs are pretty but I still eat them, horses are beautiful but I've eaten them when living on the continent, I've been on jungle survival courses in Malaya and eaten rats and cats.

The only thing that would make me think twice would be if it was an endangered specie like a whale or a tiger, otherwise bring it on.
