Would you eat at a concession trailer or "roach coach"?

I would like to know if anyone would eat at a concession trailer or "roach coach" on the side of the road? This wouldn't be something old and crusty and rusty or anything, but I mean a new and shiny one. One that would be like the kind that you may find at a fair, but not serve the same run of the mill stuff from the fair. Maybe something a little more gourmet and upscale, but not anything white tablecloth or silver dome service. And if you did eat at one what would you like to see on the menu? True and honest replies are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Yes, I would and I have done so.  There is one in a nearby community that serves great home-style hamburgers.  It's even got the local food critics "seal of approval".

I ate breakfast from one before, and it was very good.

I love them.  MOST of the time, they have excellent food.  and at a decent price.
