I always told myself I never would. But sometimes it appears appealing. Like if I get older and my face starts to sag, I think I would want a face lift. Sometimes those cosmetic dimples appeal to me, but I don't know if I would actually go through it. Plastic b***s never have appealed to me. To me they look really fake on other girls. But I guess I could understand why somebody else would want that. Nose jobs can sometimes enhance a person's face. So all in all, it's just a personal opinion whether plastic surgery is for you or not. But I think if you do too much of it (like michael jackson)...or really try and be someone you are not, that is when people get disgusted with you and when it appears fake towards others. But if you feel like the surgery could enhance something you've already got, then why not? That is if you're not afraid of the possible side effects, or defects ;)

I disagree with the one below me saying that plastic surgery is for people who want the boys to like them. What are we in high school? People usually do it for THEM. You don't know everybody. If that's what makes you more confident and you want to experience something new, I say why not? They are going through the risks, not YOU.

yes :) I actually have had breast implants because I have been flat all my life and I wanted to feel more fem!! I did it only for me though ..I was already engaged and getting married so it defiantly wasn't for anyone else! I think it's totally fine if it's going to help you feel better about yourself ..as long as you don't get carried away and don't have unrealistic expectations ...you should still want to look like you :)

It's not really a good idea of getting plastic surgery because you're changing who you are and how your body is formed.

You should be proud of who are....not change it into something you don't necessarily have.

The reason girls these days are getting plastic surgery because they think that boys will start liking them more, they'll have the lead part of the school play, and/or get a HUGE promotion of doing advertisements on tv.

All i'm saying is be happy of how you look, don't follow what everybody else does.

I use to always be against plastic surgery but recently I lost over 130LBS and I have lots of hanging skin so I want to have a tummy tuck done and I also never cared about having smaller b*****s before but after losing so much weight I really am thinking about a breast reduction now.
