Would you ever date a gang member?

I know it probably sounds like a stupid question but would you? If you were really good friends with the guy and everything. I had a friend who I was really close to but I turned him down because he was in a gang and I didn't want anything to do with him. I feel kind of bad because he was a good friend.

ummm i think u shouldnt go with him because if u hang with ppl like then rival gangs will also think ur part of it and they can try to do something ....i know because i have friends in gangs but im not in one.......oh ummmmm and im not g*y ok

Probably not, because of the way many cholas look and act, especially these days. I know some about the gang life-style, been around it and usually no good comes from it.

You did the right thing.  If he breaks ties with the gang that is another thing.  But you don't need that in your life.  Don't let his choices mess you up.

I would not date him.  It's too dangerous and it's not the kind of life a person should choose to live.

You turning him down might make him think about his choices and wonder if he should leave the gang.
