Nope. You have to win almost every race to make him happy.

Dario will be fine.  Scott Dixon will also be fine.  For Dario to move to Nascar that took him down to the major leagues but he wasn't one of the best.  In Indy he was and he shouldn't have left.  Looking forward to seeing more of his crashes next year like he did last year.

To quote Jimmy Vasser "There is no 'I' in team.  There are two in 'Chip Ganassi'."

Ganassi is in this for himself, so you always have to be a bit on your toes.  Then again, there aren't many race team owners who aren't in it for themselves.

I'm sure Scott DIxon feels very secure, now if Franchitti doesn't have a good season next year, I'm sure he might not feel secure...Ganassi seems to manage okay in IRL, he sure can not manage a Nascar team thats for sure..

No, not when he hasn't won a race since Sonoma last year and lost sponsership on the 40 car, that's why Reed Sorenson is leaving.

If I was a good driver I would. Right now the economy is dictating a lot of what happens in auto racing.  Sponsors are dropping out and new ones are difficult to find.

Chip seems to have put his strengths in his IRL program. His current NASCAR program is not too strong anymore. Dario never caught on,Montoya should have never left open wheel , and I think Sorensen is on the way out. If I was in his NASCAR program I'd start looking for work today.

Yeah, but only if I was a good driver.  If your not bringing in the money, then he'd probably kick you off.  Thats just good business though, its nothing personal.  If I wasn't a good driver, then I would feel like I was gonna get kicked off at any moment.
