What are situations you would fight, and what are the situations you would not fight for? Give an example.

Also, I suspect many people are more "talk" than "action" when in they face of this question. Am I correct in thinking this?

Examples of when you would fight:

Would you have fought after the attack on Pearl Harbor?

Would you fight after the WTC attack?

Would you fight and armed invasion of your country?

Would you fight to defend a country the United States had made a mutual defense treat with?

  7. Would I fight for the USA?

    You tell me!

I was a Cadet in Civil Air Patrol for 5 years and participated in 68 SAR's resulting in 17 saved lives.

I was instrumental in the Young Republicans when we got the vote lowered to 18.

I helped elect the last President who made two promises to the youth of the USA and kept them. We now have an all volunteer military and were out of Viet Nam when Nixon promised.

I served for six years in the US Coast Guard and helped in the Rescue of over 300 more people and helped secure our nations borders before it was popular to do so. (As a Viet Nam Era and Post VN era vet I was spit upon and called vile names.)

I have missed only opportunity to vote since I turned 18 and I was at sea at that time.

I was in the NMANG during Desert Shield and Desert Storm and was one of the first Guardsmen in Saudi Arabia.

I have never missed paying my taxes nor tried to cheat on them.

I took the Oath of Service like every Vet. and since it was before God only he can release me from it. He has not chosen to do so at this time.
