  1. Wow.  I'm not sure.  I might give her the money back IF she returned the PDA to me in the same condition in which I sent it.  She'd have to send it back to me first (or else be done in person).  But if I knew for a fact it was in working condition when I sent it, then I'd be very hesitant about giving her the money back.

  2. No you should not.  If it worked when she picked it up (if she didn't check that is her fault) there is no guarantee.  Sold as is.

  3. It all depends on, if you want to keep that 100% feedback.

  4. No way.  Things on Craigslist are sold as-is.  You sold it in working condition.

  5. Can you request that she take it to the service provider for diagnosis?  If she takes it in and they say it was something with the battery or something, then it's a fluke and I'd give her her money back.  If she refuses to send it to them or they say it has water damage or something like that, you know she messed it up after she bought it.  Make sure you get a copy of the paperwork from them if she does send it in though.  Good luck.

  6. hard to say....read the terms and conditions provided in any offer on sites.....it will probably outline this issue specifically

  7. You sold it used, as is, buyer be wear. No refund.

  8. give her the money

  9. no, people that buy things online should know that theyre taking a risk. if it was working fine when you sold it to her then you did your part. its not a store theres no refunds.
