Yes, i would...I feel that if someone is on the street asking others for money...they need it more than I do...I know, naive...But I figure that if one out of the many that I've given to, really needed and used the money for good use, then it was worth it.

as long as its not a bum and i feel empathy for them, as long as i feel they deserve it and some good will come out of it

Yup. i always do, especially if they're short a couple of cents for the bus/train or whatever. Not everybody asking for money is unemployed and wanting to go buy some meths from the supermarket... Help a neighbour out!

I have but I don't like to...I'm not wealthy by any means, and I work for what I have.  Alot more people in this world should do the same!
