i love going barefoot so that would be sweet :)

No. Apart from the fact that I following an operation I can't go barefoot, I would have to worry about the following:

I'd never be able to go to a cold country -- it would mean frostbite.

People would be trampling on my toes in crowds.

I wouldn't be admitted to nice restaurants or to formal gatherings.

I'd have to give up my smart outfits, which would look silly with bare feet.

I wouldn't be able to drive.
