Would you go to a restaurant that has 100 % authentic DELICIOUS Puerto Rican, Mexican, Cuban food...?

with a brunch section filled with delicious American food no burgers no fries But brunch* type foods , a section of AUTHENTIC Italian but not the typical Italian but delicious Italian secret cuisine with a section of vegetarian foods GOOD* vegetarian food .. would you go ? What would you think of the food fusions?

You mean all of the above in the same restaurant?!!  I'd never know what to order!  It sounds delicious!  Do you have a really mixed culinary background, and can't figure out which to focus on?

There's allready something similiar in Florida. The only difference is, this place offers an authentic Italian Buffet one night, vegetarian another night, & Cuban as well. They also offer their ala carte menu every night as well. They feature these buffets on slower nights & just ala carte W/featured specials on weekends.It has been a big hit.

I don't really like most Mexican food,it has to much grease & it may be hot,but it's not fragant & full of herbs & spices.It's not aromatic & it just has a Jalepeno.I prefer Indian,Thai,Vietnamese or Middle Eastern food.I much prefer Indian food cause it's fragant & full of herbs & spices.I don't really like Cuban food either cause it just has alot of garlic, olive oil &oregano & it's not that flavorful,but Mexican food half the time not flavorful as well.

I would be more likely to go to a restaurant that only had a couple of those things.  I think it is rare to have a lot of kinds of food in one place and have them all be good.
