Would you go to this video game website?

Question

I am making a video game website with my brother and i was wondering what you would like to see in this website?

it would cost $5.00 Canadian to register. Is that too much?would you pay that?you would get all access plus a news letter every month.

do u think this is a good idea?

No offense at all to people who want to start their own video game reviews/cheats/walkthrough site. But the internet is so overloaded with them right now. i.e Gamespot, IGN, Games Radar etc etc. And they provide great coverage of the industry and the latest games with reviews from great editors and previews from the hottest new games. I've heard and saw many amateur game review and cheat sites go down quick. I think that if you REALLY want to get into this, that you create a site that at least has its own logo and is updated frequently. And since you are providing a paid subscription option also than I hope that the paid subscription service is EXCEPTIONALLY better then the free ones.

Just my opinion. But I really do see many of these sink and die within the first week.

That's reasonable, but I can get my news for free and other such.

We'd have to know more about what kind of content you'd offer for registering.
