I am not sure that "central" is the last word, and I may be misspelling Miss Daiko's name.

I can't help you with the 2 question marks but I don't think they add any significance to what is, I assume, a funeral timetable.

all i speak and read is english, and i cant hardly read all of that. is there a reason why you need to know what that says?
