  1. Definitely. I would love to have the power to do that.

I would start at the top & ask each person what they contributed to the company & dismiss anyone inconsiderate of long term workers. This would also work with NHS. Would ask each person what they contributed to pt care. I can dream.

  2. yes by following destiny of life's answer.

  3. A lot of these places have different opinions about what is best for the company and they don't care abut the individuals. Some places like to get ridof the old workers and bring in new "fresh' workers. They are wrong. I would cherish my garden keepers because it is the quiet gardner who has been keeping the waterfall flowing and the flowers blooming. if I fired the grounds keeper my waterfall and flowers garden will become overgrown with weeds and the water will become dirty and rotten and stopped up wioth trash that the keeper had worked so hard to keep flowing. If I don't give credit to the keeper of my garden my garden will die and I will not have such a beautiful place anymore. Then I will remember the keeper who I did not give credit and respect but they will be gone to a better place and I will be stuck with my problems.

  4. yes I would, because 400 dollars is a lot of money to be invested on. I will hire business consultants to re-interview or investigate all the supervisors and managers, on how they would run my company, or if they created positions that was unnecessary, especially QA.  Because quality is important for my business, upon annual review, I will ask all my associates. what are they good at? and what positions they would like to move to?  I will be fair and give them a chance to try out and move those associates who is not suitable for the positions to the positions that they capable of doing.  I would have a complaint forms for all my associates to report, so I can investigate the problems, including human resources, and I will go over all the background check of prior temporary workers, who might have bad records, or eliminate them if they refused. I would want my company to be more organized and more professional, in order to meet FDA and my clients need.

  5. Please re-state with some punctuation. Commas, Periods, and question marks are very helpful as we try to answer (make sense of) your question...and/or comment.

  6. I would have figured that out long before I bought the company

Based on your several posts...someone hurt you bad.

  7. Hello. Depending if I was on the take. Yes I would. I don't want to be stuck with that management nightmare of bureaucratic red tape. Good bye.
