  1. no, it would be awkward and a wedding is about people you care for and want there on your day

  2. No. I would only invite close friends and family to my wedding. I'm nervous because my co-workers seem to think they're getting invited to my wedding and I barely have enough room with our friends and family as it is.

Ah well,  I guess that's what B lists are for...

  3. No. This is an occasion about two families and the people near and dear to them, not about renewing old acquaintances. However, if you want to renew these old friendships than sending them a friendly, individually handwritten letter MENTIONING you marriage would be a good way to get started. Do NOT send them a formal wedding announcement as many people view these as fishing for gifts.

  4. No, I wouldn't - I would just invite those I'm close with at the present time.

  5. No.

  6. nope. Only the people who are active in your life now.

  7. no unless your just gift hunting!!

  8. no, if you don't see them much or talk to them any more don't bother. no disrespect but if they don't care to keep in contact with you they more than likely want come to the wedding. save the invite for some one you know will be there
