Would you let me babysit...?

I am 14 years old and I want to know if you would let me babysit. I have been babysitting my cusins for 3 years. I baby sit 3 girls ages 3,7,and 9. I babysit my neice who is 18 months. I have taken babysitting courses. I am extremely responsible, but some believe i am still too young. What do you think and why.

I have just answered another question just like this one, but she was only 12, as you are 14 then probably yes, would have to meet first and let my kids (if had any) get to know you then if all was well then probably yes x

if you have experience , and are responsible , then yes . i know i was babysitting at 13 . and my niece who is 14 babysits my 14 month old son . i think its a good way to earn money for those teenage must haves.

I think that you need to get to know the children and the parents as well as show that you are certified in first aid and CPR.  You can start by watching the kids while their mother is home or helping her out at the supermarket or on other errands.

I wouldn't let you babysit my children. I don't let hardly anyone watch my kids. I know how adults panic about emergencies. I wouldn't let a child attempt to handle a situation that could mean life or death to my child. So though I feel for you and I myself watched children from age 14 and up, I wouldn't even consider letting you watch my children. Sorry.

I wouldn't, only as I prefer someone a bit older, but in saying that, I was baby sitting from the age of 14

I started to babysit at 12.  I would let you babysit for my grandkids.

Well, if I had children I probably wouldn't let you babysit a really really young child like 1-3 years old. Reason being is because while they are screaming and crying 24/7 I just wouldn't trust you to be able to handle that much on your shoulders. I started babysitting when I was 12. They were young ones and it was a lot to handle on my own.

I started at your age too, i was actually a temp live in nanny, I would get picked up on tues and come back on  fridays
