Would you let your kids listen to Ray Stevens?

My two year old finds his song hilarious! My husband also grew up listening to Ray Stevens.

To be honest, it's better than some of the music out there today. He's not talking about slapping his hos around and taking drugs, and all that other stuff.

Yeah I would and I do.  He's up there with my favorites.  Have you heard his song Mississippi Squirrel Revival?  That's greatness right there.

Ray Stevens isn't singing about murder and degrading women like rappers do.

Our kids listen to Iron Maiden which much of their music contains historical songs.
