OMG yes. Chili's has these nachos that are called Fajita nachos and you can get a combo of chicken and steak (or just one of the 2) They are soooo good!!!!  I love um

Sometimes I like hamburger meat, sometimes but not too often I will take chicken in them, but mostly just hamburger meat. I dont like steak in them, to me the textures dont match well.

Ya i take Taco Bell taco mix and use 89% lean Black Angus ground beef from Omaha Steaks. (Cook by order of the directions on the taco mix [less water=more flavor]) While the beef is cooking i pile tortilla chips high w/ lots of monterey jack cheese. Place the chips in the oven at 350 for 3-5 min then take the now perfect beef and spread it on the nachos. You could the  drizzle some taco sauce or salsa on top yum!!!!
