well,I have been thinking of creating a world-wide radio,with all the kinds of music.so,what do u think?

There are many free tools available to produce your own radio station.

Basically you will need a radio server (SHOUTcast, Icecast, etc) and lots of bandwidth (in case your station became famous ;-)

launchcast, every station in the world has an online version including  independent stations.  plus, technically, that is what XM is.
