Jack Black would be Tom Biscardi.  I can see Jim Carey in there somewhere.  Robin Williams would play the bigfoot.

Weird but I thought tom biscardi was working with them on this scheme cause in the interview on fox news he blinked nearly 400+ times which indicated a liar to me.
