Would you like to see India and England playing more test matches against each other?

It has been noticed that India and England are the two cricket nations making a big jump in cricket and taking this game forward to a higher level.

India has started ICL and IPL and England will soon start one.

So naturally there will be a nice rivalry between the two and i think these two teams should lock horns more often.

Finally,do you think Ind-Eng has the potential to become a great friendly rivalry in cricket?

I have always wondered why they do not come to India for matches oftener. It is always good to see how others perform in India.

I think India should have more test matches against all countries. We play too less against the Kiwis and South Africa also. England is always a respected team. Till some time ago, getting a century in England was the dream for Indian batsmen, as it proved that they could play against good swing bowlers in swinging conditions.

Also, now with the trend of having different teams for tests, ODIs and T20s, more tests need not clash with the other formats. The rivalry between India and England has also been quite good and without unnecessary rancour.

The rivalry will start once both teams give tough fight to each other and the matches goes to wire as recently happened in Australia.  If the matches are won by each team easily, there will not be much interest in the series and as such there will not be much rivalry in the series.
