Would you mind if your teenagers dream job was

a kids entertainer, would you approve?

Like being a clown or working at Disney World?  Disney world would be a neat place to work at, being one of the characters and watching all the kid's faces light up when you walk into a room.  Just support your kids in whatever they decide to do and don't stress too much about it, they'll probably change their minds in a month or two anyway.

Yea of course I would I mean its not hurting anyone its even doing good!! I would say the money is good to. You cannot hold your children back from their dreams if you do you will live with the guilt of not setting them free!

You get to work with kids but you have to make sure they know that they can't have a temper issue. They have to be patient with kids and not get mad. But I would support them 100%.

Yes. There is no problem being a kid entertainer. It's not everyday you hear kids saying they want to become a kid entertainer but it's not like your kid is saying she/her wants to be a stripper. You should respect him/her for his/her decisions in life and lead him/her into success. And you never know, he/she can change his/her mind like what all kids do. They say one thing then the next time they say another. As long as your kid knows the advantages and disadvantages of the job and as long as your kid is following his/her dream it wouldn't matter what people think or say and nothing should ever get in they way of that. As a parent you should be there for him/her to encourage him/her to fufill their dream.

i think its fine as long as they understand what comes along with that job. being in the eye of the Public(that being very small kids who want to be JUST LIKE THEM) that's a lot to have to deal with. Its a fine way to make a living though.

Plus as a teenager you might want to be a zoo keeper and end up studying to be a teacher ... lots can change in 2 weeks LoL

Absolutely.

I've gotten into entertaining kids recently, working at the Renaissance Faire. If you can make a living at it, it's great fun and very rewarding, not very difficult work. Hard to make consistent money at it, but if you're in it for the love - the love of the work, the love of the kids - then by all means!
