  1. Definitely, yes.  You need help right now, so do it.  I'm sure they would love to see their grandchild too.

Be aware they're helping you out though and don't take advantage of their good nature by making them babysit too much.  Pay your and your child's way as much as you can so you don't burden your folks.

  2. Personally I wouldn't because my mother would try to raise my kids the way she wants to and we'd end up fighting over it I don't need anyone else to raise my kids.  If your mom won't step on your toes about the way you parent then by all means go for it, it is difficult out there.

  3. I was just in this situation about a year ago and I didn't move in with my parents at all. If you have a good understanding relationship with your parents to where they dint inter fer in your personal life, help with the child, and over-all very supportive then go for it but if not then if its possible to manage with what you have than stay there ,,I wouldn't move at all.

  4. You might be comfortable, and your parents might be supportive by helping you with child care. If that works for you, that is good, but you asked what I would do.

    No. No. No. No.

I would not. The only exception would be if an accident  or illness left me disabled, but not while I can work.

  5. Yes. If you can stand your parents and will get over your pride and money's really tight then its probably a good idea

  6. Unfortunately yes, esp during this time we live in is a c**p shoot because of the politics that are pulling on G. Bush strings.

Anyway make sure its just temporary.  Save all the money you can from the very start.  Things "Life" can get complicated if you stay tooooo long.  You can't say anything to your parents if they want to nurture your child as well. You'll be under their roof, esp if You want the help. Don't bite the hand that feeds you.

  7. hope you get along with your parents.....

    don't forget 30 or 13, moms house mom's rules!
