If I was short on time , yes ; but half the fun in the planning is the research prior .

I probably wouldn't, as the person that you could pay is unlikely to know what you want. Even if you give them specific instructions on where you want to go, how fancy ect they will not be as accurate as you could be yourself.

NO. The internet is enough source. You can do it on your own and it should not take much effort. try visiting socialtravellersite (dotcom) They have tips on traveling.

No, I wouldn't - I'm perfectly capable of doing my own research and probably in less time than it would take me to find someone I trusted to it for me. Between internet information, widely available travel guides, television travel shows, and the information available in the travel sections of newspapers and magazines, I have never had any problem putting together something that was exactly what I wanted in a very short time.
