Would you please advice me on how to act mature at my age?

i am 23 yrs old and my husband is 37.we just got married last febuary. i am from philippines i met my husband online. coming here to US was a big change for me. i would say i am so immature person. and this immaturity causes a lot of trouble in our relationship. especially, that i am in foreign land. people here are very independent. i would love to change myself and be a better me. i would greatly appreciate all your answer.

I would say the easiest way to behave in a mature fashion would simply be being considerate of others try to imagine how those around will perceive your actions. never do anything to annoy or embarrass those close to you and try to anticipate  what they would do.

Wow, this is a change. Usually it's the other way around. I would suggest being more patient, educate yourself, and act with class in everything you do. Maturity isn't really something you can create, it's something you work at.

yes indeed, i am filipino too, although i'm 16 and moving here to the US does require a lot of adjusting because it really is different from the Philippines especially with the people.

I would say, that maybe to be more confident and independent, be sure to have a stable job, its the fastest way to adjust.. never just stay at home..
